Parcel limits
For standard home and service-point delivery, the minimum parcel size is 10 × 7 × 1 cm. Unless a locker size is stated above, the standard maximum is 70 cm for one side and 120 cm for the sum of all three sides. Parcels above the standard dimensions may be charged in a higher category or may require another service.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online card payments are processed securely through ComGate. Supported cards and any local payment methods depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
ComGate Payments, a.s. is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payment information is entered through a secured payment interface. For payment-provider support, visit comgate.eu.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking or collection information is sent to the email address or telephone number supplied with the order. If a selected pickup location is unavailable, the carrier may redirect the parcel to a nearby point.
If tracking stops updating, the parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact kontakt@dredarium.cz with your order number. Photographs of the parcel and label help us resolve transport issues faster.
